MORE KULAMBU / BUTTER MILK KULAMBU (IYENGAR STYLE)

Ingredients: 
  1. Butter milk/More-1bowl
  2. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  3. Ladies finger-5
  4. Curry leaves
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt-to taste
  7. Mustard seeds-1tsp
  8. Oil-3tsp

MUSHROOM PUALO

Ingredients:
  1. Basmathi rice-1cup 
  2. Mushroom-200g
  3. Large onion-200g
  4. Coconut milk-1/2cup
  5. Ginger paste-1tsp
  6. Green chili-5
  7. Cinnamon-2
  8. Cardamom-1
  9. Cloves-4
  10. Bay leaf-2
  11. Oil/Butter-3slices
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. Salt-to taste
  14. Water-1 1/3cup

MOONG DAL SPLIT VADA / PACHA PAYIRU VADAI


This is my first time i tried this recipe.Moong dal split vada is a quick and easy way method.Its a full of greenish color.Ur family members,kids and friends are really loved this recipe.Moong dal split is a healthy snacks also.I have added a lot of coriander leaves,ginger and onion.

Ingredients:

  6. Urad dal-1/2tsp
  7. Channa dal-1/2tsp
  8. peanut/verkadalai-2tsp
  9. Cashew-nuts-1tsp
  10. Asafoetida-1/4tsp
  11. Red-chili powder-1 1/2tsp
  12. Coriander powder-2 1/2tsp
  13. Pepper powder-1/2tsp
  14. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  15. Salt-to taste
  16. Coriander leaves

POTATO,CAPSICUM CURRY

Ingredients:
  1. Boiled  potato-200g  
  2. Green chili-3
  3. Onion-1/2cup
  4. Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
  5. Ginger-garlic paste-1tsp
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Capsicum-1/2cup
  8. Coriander powder-3tsp
  9. Red-chili powder-2tsp
  10. Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  11. Red-chili-1
  12. Salt-to taste
  13. Oil-for frying
