Boiled Egg and Vegetable Fried Balls


Boiled Egg and Vegetable ball is a crispy and healthy snack.I added some carrot,cumin seeds,onion,capsium etc.I served this balls with Tomato Chills Sauce.


Ingredients:
  1. Boiled Eggs-5(shred)
  2. Onion-1/2cup(chopped)
  3. Capsicum-1/4cup(chopped)
  4. Shred Carrot-1/3cup
  5. Cumin Seeds-1/2tsp
  6. Green Chili-1
  7. Red-chili Powder-1/2tsp
  8. Gram masala-1/4tsp
  9. Lemon Juice-1tsp
  10. Besan Flour-1/3cup
  11. Salt-to taste
  12. Water-4tsp
  13. Oil-for frying
  14. Cahew-nuts-5tsp(chopped)
  15. Curry Leaves-few(chopped)

Method:

  • Place a chopped onions in a bowl,add chopped capsium,shred carrot,cumin seeds,shred boiled egg,green chili,red-chili powder,gram masala,Cashew-nuts,curry leaveslemon juice,besan flour,salt,water and mix well. 
  • Place a each balls in a round shape. 
  • Heat oil in pan and deep fry in each balls until comes in golden brown. 
  • Transfer the balls and place it to the tissue paper. 
  • Hot and serve with Tomato Chili sauce.
